At Paton & Ross, our journey began with a simple yet profound passion: to redefine black pudding. While our brand is new, it's rooted in a deep respect for British culinary traditions and an unwavering quest for perfection. We saw an opportunity to elevate this classic staple, moving beyond the ordinary to craft a range of black puddings that meets the exacting standards of today's professional chefs, restaurants, and food manufacturers. Every Paton & Ross black pudding is a testament to meticulous sourcing, innovative flavour development, and a commitment to unparalleled quality, ensuring that each bite adds a distinctive and memorable dimension to your culinary creations.
The distinct quality of Paton & Ross black pudding stems from our uncompromising approach to craftsmanship. We begin with a meticulous selection of the finest ingredients, prioritizing ethically sourced, high-quality British pork blood and premium fats from trusted local suppliers.
